Scestra Returns & Store Credit Policy Effective January 1, 2026
We want you to love your Scestra piece. Each item is made in limited quantities with intention and care — so we offer returns in the form of store credit or an exchange to help you find the piece that's right for you.
Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, accompanied by a clear, time-stamped photo of the item before shipping to confirm its condition. Tags must be attached, items must be returned in their original packaging, and dropped off within 3 days of receiving your return label. We accept returns from Canada and the USA only. Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or refused entirely.
What We Offer Approved returns receive store credit for the amount paid, excluding original shipping. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. We do not offer cash or card refunds to the original payment method.
Sale & Archive Items All Sale, Archive, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you request a return for items that qualified for free shipping, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
How to Start a Return Email us at info.scestra@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Shipping Liability & Customs Fees Once an order has been shipped, Scestra is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery that may occur during transit. All shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the selected carrier. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
